Ingredients
1 lbs of chicken breast or thighs
1 tbsp of miso
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of mirin
1 tbsp of sake
Instructions
Pat chicken dry and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Whisk miso, soy sauce, sake, and mirin until smooth.
Pour marinate into chicken and sit for 10 minutes.
Sear on medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side (covered and flip) until golden and cooked through.
