10-Minute: Easy Miso Chicken

Perfect for a weeknight!

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs of chicken breast or thighs

  • 1 tbsp of miso

  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp of mirin

  • 1 tbsp of sake

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and cut into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Whisk miso, soy sauce, sake, and mirin until smooth.

  3. Pour marinate into chicken and sit for 10 minutes.

  4. Sear on medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side (covered and flip) until golden and cooked through.
